As the title says. A character from my story DollHouse, around 1793/94 (gosh, I love those clothes^^). A bit of realism again, but it's actually the best/easier way to do a character design. Certainly has some flaws, but it's just a speed painting/drawing. And he looks a bit too young, I guess...
Intelligent but a bit arrogant and ambitious, Risteard doesn't care about the bad opinion he has among the aristocratic society in a little, but important German town. His family comes originally from Prague and an interest for medicine and some "dark arts" seems to be Rittenberg's family tradition. Together with the curious and open minded Isobel they make a couple, which seems to fear no one and nothing on Earth.... What sadly turns out to be their big mistake...
Now I promise to be a good girl and go to do my work.

Wow. Fantastic job. I love it. He looks so hot....But back to the picture. His clothes look very good. I'm sure that some research went into making them correctly. Beautiful work.

However, it's not Victorian - it's the end of the 18th century, and Victorian would be the end of the 19th century, if I recall that right.

It's awesome how all your works have that little texture to them (pencil texture, especially) - I love that little bit so much! It gives a picture a lot more life
I love the 18th Century clothing, too... I should do more research and find references, heheh. Now I totally feel like drawing something in that style
Ristears sounds very interesting. I mean, helloo, medicine and dark arts? A double woo-hoo from me!
